I have served a variety of companies, in addition to working as an employee at several technology and Wall Street firms, most recently as CFO of a Wall Street public company. Most of my clients are referrals from folks who I have worked with over the years, particularly in venture capital.

I'm often called in to help set-up a company, prepare for financing, assist with reporting, financial management, financial systems, and other topics, such as restructuring. Clients and investors find that it helps to have an experienced advisor assisting their team.

Assist founders in setting up their company, including choosing and implementing a general ledger, an accounts payable & receivable system, billing system, expense management system, benefits and payroll systems, equity management system, and related processes.

Create everything required for fundraising with venture capitalists: market analysis, competitive advantages, strategy, unit economic analysis, drivers of company performance, key operational and financial metrics, cash flow planning, and valuation.
